Shipping & Returns
Last updated: 23 October 2026 (Asia/Shanghai).
1. Shipping
We ship talisman orders to the address you provide after payment confirmation. Processing typically begins within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Transit times vary by destination (often 7–21 business days internationally). You will receive tracking when available. Duties, VAT, or import taxes for your country are your responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.
2. Our return policy (contractual)
Except as required by law (see section 4) and except for quality defects or transit damage (section 3), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike of colour/size after delivery, buyer’s remorse, or outcomes related to spiritual/fortune expectations.
3. Quality defects & damage in transit — free replacement
If your item arrives with a manufacturing / quality defect, or is broken, cracked, or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@example.com with your order reference and clear photos of the item and packaging. After we verify the issue, we will ship a free replacement of the same product (or a mutually agreed alternative if out of stock). We may ask you to dispose of or return the damaged piece at our instruction; we cover reasonable return postage only when we request a return.
4. Mandatory consumer rights (EU / UK / other)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory cooling-off or statutory guarantee rights, those rights apply to the extent they cannot be waived by contract. For example, EU/UK distance-sales rules may give a 14-day withdrawal right for many online purchases of goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict non-waivable statutory rights. Where a statutory right to withdraw or a legal guarantee applies, follow the instructions we provide in your order confirmation, or email sales@example.com with “Consumer Rights Request”.
Where both this Policy and mandatory law apply, mandatory law prevails.
5. Wrong address & non-delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, we may charge re-shipment fees. If a carrier marks delivered but you did not receive it, contact us promptly so we can open a carrier investigation; remedies depend on carrier findings.
6. Digital / reading services
Instant hexagram or on-site fortune tools are provided as digital entertainment. Email readings, once delivered, are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we fail to deliver the agreed service.
7. Contact
sales@example.com — include order name/email and photos for damage claims.
