By using the Stoneling website and services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Nature of readings

Hexagram (I Ching / 六十四卦), birth fortune, and related spiritual or cultural content are provided solely for entertainment, cultural interest, and personal reflection. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration, or professional advice. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not delay seeking professional care based on any reading. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services.

2. Products

Talisman crystals are sold as jewellery / wellness lifestyle goods with cultural narrative. Claims about “energy”, “luck”, or traditional associations are not scientific guarantees of outcome.

3. Orders

Submitting an order form is a request to purchase. A binding contract forms when we confirm by email and payment is completed through our designated processor (or as otherwise agreed). Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to harass, threaten, solicit illegal activity, submit abusive or unsafe content, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer beyond what law permits. We may block or ignore hexagram/fortune inputs that involve harm to self/others, or clear attempts to obtain professional advice under guise of entertainment.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and text are owned by Stoneling or its licensors. You may not copy for commercial use without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoneling and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of readings or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights).

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

Pending formal entity setup: these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (including EU/UK consumer law).
